Thank You all for coming! We had a fabulous time with all of our clients this past Saturday at Noah’s. We hope to see those of you who weren’t able to make at our next event!

We live in a world that is constantly connected with one another. Whether we are chatting with each other through facebook, twitter, or our blogs we are constantly in contact. We find ourselves connecting with people while driving on the freeway, in the grocery store, at the mall, at dinner, even when we are on vacation. We are constantly online updating, tweeting, blogging and connecting with each other. For this very reason we want to help connect YOU. From exercise to mortgage updates to one on one coaching and so much more. We want to help connect YOU to new people and sites that would be of value to YOU and your circle of friends. As we celebrate a new decade, I want to say thank you for your continued support, and share with you our vision for 2010. It is often said that challenging times build character. The past two years have certainly been character building for me as a mortgage advisor and the owner of a small mortgage company. If ever there was an industry marked by a target, it is the mortgage industry. Given the immense amount of scrutiny and regulatory change, I am blessed to be one of the 40% who has survived in a profession that has lost 60% of its workforce. With continued changes and interest rate volatility, 2010 will likely be another interesting year.

Well I did it, I got an iPhone. I’ve been a long time blackberry fan and over the weekend I gave up my love for the blackberry to be overwhelmed and overjoyed with the iPhone. Holy cow, I was like a kid in a candy store. I loved it so much, me, my wife and two kids all got iPhones. We all love them! I was simply amazed with all the endless amounts of applications for just about anything. You name it they have an application for it.
